Refund & Cancellation Policy

No lock-in. Cancel anytime. Clear, fair rules for setup fees, monthly plans, and annual prepayments.

What this covers

This policy applies to paid Nova Solutions plans purchased through advai.cloud — the Starter, Growth, and Pro website plans and their add-ons. It explains how cancellations and refunds work for the one-time setup fee, monthly subscriptions, and annual prepayments.

The free parts of advai.cloud (product pages, ROI calculators, lead-magnet downloads, and chat) carry no charge, so nothing here applies to them. Enterprise and custom engagements governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) follow the cancellation and refund terms in that agreement, which supersede this page for those customers.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans have no lock-in and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

We do not pro-rate or refund the current month when you cancel mid-cycle. You will not be charged again after you cancel.

One-time setup fee

Each website plan includes a one-time setup fee that covers onboarding and building your site and configuring your software.

  • Fully refundable if you cancel before we begin onboarding and build work.
  • Non-refundable once that work has started, because it pays for labor already performed.

If you are unsure whether work has started, ask us — we will tell you honestly where your build stands.

Annual plans

Annual plans are prepaid for twelve months. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel early, you are eligible for a prorated refund of the unused whole months remaining in your term.

The one-time setup fee is excluded from that prorated refund and follows the setup-fee rules above.

Add-ons

Recurring add-ons — such as the standalone AI Receptionist, Review Machine, and Extra Location — follow the same rules as monthly plans: cancel anytime, billing stops at the end of the current period, no pro-rating of the current month.

One-time purchases, such as an AI Strategy Session, are refundable if you cancel before the session is scheduled or delivered, and non-refundable once it has taken place.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email support@zentarailabs.com from the address on your account with your request. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to process approved refunds within ten business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Payments, chargebacks & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle’s name may appear on your card or bank statement for Nova Solutions charges.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the associated services while the dispute is resolved.
